Customers are responsible for the transportation costs and arrangements for shipping from the McLaren Machines warehouse, including for destinations in the US, Europe, and any other country outside of Canada. While customers are responsible for the transport logistics, McLaren Machines can assist with coordinating transportation. Please note that we are not liable for any third-party transport services.
We recommend purchasing products currently in stock. Once payment is received, equipment in stock is typically shipped from our warehouse within one week, subject to transport availability. For pre-ordered equipment, delivery times range from 4 to 26 weeks, depending on manufacturing and shipping conditions.
Yes, our machines are built with safety in mind and come with CSA/UL/ETL (please inquire for specific machines). Customers are responsible for ensuring safe operation, including having required certifications and installing necessary safety features such as barriers, mats, and emergency stops. McLaren Machines is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from improper use.
