About the Role
Install and set up CNC routers for kitchen cabinet manufacturers.
Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on CNC machines.
Provide on-site technical support and training to customers.
Conduct regular maintenance and ensure machines operate efficiently.
Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth installation and operation.
Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 3 years in electro-mechanics, preferably with CNC machines.
Education: Diploma or degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, PLCs, servo motors, and CNC control systems.
Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve electrical/mechanical issues effectively.
Travel: Willingness to travel to customer sites for installations and service calls.
Language: Proficiency in English (French is a plus).
Tools & Equipment: Must have own basic toolset; specialized tools provided.
