Understand Customer Pain Points – Discover challenges manufacturers face and identify patterns to help shape McLaren Machines’ future product offerings.
Close Deals & Meet Sales Goals – Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Provide Localized Customer Support – Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers receive the guidance they need.
Use CRM Tools – Track and manage sales activities using HubSpot to ensure efficient follow-ups and pipeline management.

Requirements
Fully bilingual in French and English (written and spoken).
3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in industrial machinery or manufacturing.
Strong ability to build relationships and understand customer needs.
Self-driven with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Familiarity with HubSpot CRM.
Ability to travel within Quebec and Ontario to meet customers.
