About the Role

Develop Product Expertise – Gain in-depth knowledge of CNC Routers, Fiber Lasers, Engraving Equipment, and Laser Engraving Equipment to effectively communicate value to customers.

Prospect & Build Relationships – Identify and engage potential customers across Quebec and Ontario to drive sales.

Understand Customer Pain Points – Discover challenges manufacturers face and identify patterns to help shape McLaren Machines’ future product offerings.

Close Deals & Meet Sales Goals – Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Provide Localized Customer Support – Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers receive the guidance they need.

Use CRM Tools – Track and manage sales activities using HubSpot to ensure efficient follow-ups and pipeline management.

Requirements

  • Fully bilingual in French and English (written and spoken).

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in industrial machinery or manufacturing.

  • Strong ability to build relationships and understand customer needs.

  • Self-driven with excellent negotiation and closing skills.

  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM.

  • Ability to travel within Quebec and Ontario to meet customers.
